Handcrafted

All JO AND CLAY pieces are made with love by Jo. Each piece is crafted individually, so small variations in color, texture, and size are to be expected.

Care & Use

All items are food safe and made with non-toxic materials unless stated otherwise. Items are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to ensure that your pieces remain in good condition. 

After production, all pieces are sanded on the bottom, but may still scratch surfaces, so be careful when placing them on sensitive surfaces. 

Return Policy

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. JO AND CLAY does not offer returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, or in the unfortunate event that your order is damaged during transit, please send an email with photos of the package and the item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the order. All claims must be submitted within this timeframe for possible refunds or replacements. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Lost or Stolen

JO AND CLAY is not responsible for late or missing deliveries. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment, please file a claim immediately with the shipping service provider.

JO AND CLAY is not responsible for stolen packages. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the USPS, it is very unlikely that they will fulfill any claim that is filed for missing goods. Please keep an eye out for your items. 

Shipping

JO AND CLAY is now shipping worldwide!

In-stock items will be shipped once your order is received & preordered items will be shipped once production is complete. A confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is shipped. Only orders from US, Canada, and select countries will be eligible to receive tracking.

If you'd like to know if your country is eligible for tracking, please reach out via email.

Shipping times depend on your location, but can be estimated as follows: 

● USA and Canada: 2–7 business days
● International: 7–30+ business days

Buyers are responsible for tracking their orders and contacting the carrier directly for any questions about tracking.

Insurance is included with all shipments.

International Shipping

International buyers are buying at their own risk. JO AND CLAY is not responsible for late deliveries, lost packages, and things out of our control after shipment. Please be aware that international shipping may take up to 1-2 months or longer. 

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
