All JO AND CLAY pieces are handcrafted with love and care in Orange County, California. They are made in small batches, causing variations in form and finish not limited to color, texture, and size. All items are food safe and made with non-toxic materials unless stated otherwise. Items are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to ensure that your pieces remain in good condition. 

Items are not made to order at this time. As a small business, the time, labor, and materials that contribute to fulfilling an order are significant resources. Due to this reason, all purchases are final. 



Items will be shipped once your order is received, and will be shipped within 3-5 business days. A confirmation number and tracking info will be emailed to you as soon as it is shipped. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, items may take 1-2 weeks to arrive, but hopefully sooner! 

Buyers are responsible for any taxes, and expenses associated with shipping products. 


International Shipping

JO AND CLAY currently does not ship internationally, but we are working to make this available in the future!


Damages & Returns 

In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged during shipping, email [email protected] with photos of the package and broken items within 48 hours of receiving the item to arrange a refund or replacement. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All items are thoroughly packaged and inspected before shipping and should arrive in good condition. 

JO AND CLAY does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If there is a defect or problem with your order, email [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the items and packaging. Possible refunds will only be honored within this time frame. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Lost or Stolen

If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment, a claim must be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with JO AND CLAY. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and you are unable to locate your package, JO AND CLAY is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit. The products covered by each contract (i.e. accepted order) are at your own risk upon delivery of the order to the carrier. JO AND CLAY is not responsible for late or missing deliveries.
